What is Mendis?
Mendis is a peer-led support community for men on (or eligible for) the NDIS who are navigating psychosocial, neurological, or functional disabilities. We’re not therapy — we’re real connection, purpose, and brotherhood, with optional coaching for blokes who want extra structure.
Learn tools you can actually use in real life.
Mendis University turns practical support into structured learning — no fluff, no waffle, just useful tools for real-world pressure, real nervous systems, and real people trying to steady themselves and move forward.
New now: The Calm Edge — stress tools, nervous system resets, and calmer responses under pressure.
The Calm Edge
If stress, overload, or reactivity have been running the show, this is a strong place to begin.

Become a Sponsor
Not all blokes have funding. Sponsors help keep a cobber connected, supported, and moving forward.
- $50/week can keep a bloke connected and steady.
- $1,000/month could support around 10 fellas with access and continuity.
Mendis is an initiative of Murfitt Elevation, operating on Kaurna Country.
