Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Mendis programs, memberships, and website (mendis.digiwell.com.au). By signing up or participating, you agree to these terms.

Membership

• Rookie: free tier with limited features.
• Pro: paid tier with unlimited passes, courses, meditations, and exercise videos.
• Membership is personal and cannot be shared or transferred.
• We reserve the right to change membership features with notice.

Conduct

• Respectful behaviour is required in all groups (online or in-person).
• No harassment, discrimination, or disruptive conduct is tolerated.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach guidelines.

Payments

• Pro memberships are billed annually via PayPal or Square.
• All fees are shown in AUD and are GST-free.
• Invoices/receipts can be issued for NDIS purposes.

Cancellations & Refunds

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. For NDIS-funded members, cancellations follow the participant’s plan rules.

Peer Support Disclaimer

Mendis provides peer support only — not medical, clinical, or therapeutic advice. Participation is voluntary and at your own risk. See our Disclaimer for details.

Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mendis and Murfitt Elevation are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation or use of our services.

Changes

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on this page and, for material changes, notified by email or site notice.
